Processing and dispatch

Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, wrapping materials and any item that has been in contact with the body cannot be returned once opened. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
Digital products
Consultation access and forum membership are digital services. Once access has been issued they are non-refundable, except where required by law.
